Weak Knee stocks a vast variety of base & specialty grains, liquid and dry malts, more than 50 different pellet hops, Wyeast liquid yeast, Mangrove Jack, Fermentis & Safale dry beer yeasts, fresh made Weak Knee Beer Kits, brewing & fermenting equipment, bottles & caps, keg kits, couplers, regulators, new CO2 tanks, and while we do not fill CO2 tanks, 5 pound tanks are exchanged for $20

RJ Spagnols and Winexpert wine kits are easy and in stock with many of them available for sampling. Also stocked: Lalvin, Red Star, & Vintners Harvest dry wine yeasts, fermenting equipment, bottles & corks, refractometers, pH meters & solutions, wine additives, spices and flavorings.

Fresh, local apple pressings, grapes & juices from Chile, California, and Italy are available seasonally. Group wine barrels are a popular avenue to also help stock your racks, many of these wines are available for sampling

IRISH CREAM: starts with a Cream Base of 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk, 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk, 1 c whipping cream, 1 c simple syrup (1 c sugar dissolved in 1 c boiled water, cool to room temp), 1/4 tsp potassium sorbate; blend thoroughly & store in frig

in small saucepan, bring to boil 1/4 c light brown sugar with 1/4 c water stirring to dissolve; once liquid is clear remove from heat & cool a few minutes; stir in 1/2 tsp instant coffee, stir to dissolve. stir in 2 tbs chocolate syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp coconut extract, and 1/2 tsp almond extract

in separate bowl, whisk 2 eggs til frothy; fold in 2 1/2 c cream base, stir in syrup mixture & 1 c Irish whiskey; whisk to blend thoroughly; transfer to qt size container with tight fitting lid & store in frig; consume within 2 wks
