Tuesday, 8th MIST KIT class:
doors open at 6:30 with sangria, pasta, wines to taste; class begins at 7. Bill explains the process and the equipment while you watch him start a kit, rack over a previously made kit, and using a finished kit, you bottle & cork one to take home.
Tuesday, 15th BEER 101 class: Chad takes you through the process of an extract beer kit while brewing. Understand the chemisty, get familiar with grains and hops, see how the equipment is used. Class begins at 7- doors open at 6:30 with pizza and beers to taste.
AUGUST 4 & 5 WINE CHEMISTRY CLASS $40 7 pm
Bill will be teaching the chemistry of wine making as you learn how to use the products to determine the pH, TA, Brix levels, and sulphites; hands-on lab work; notes provided.
