Chad takes you through the process of an extract beer kit while brewing. Understand the chemisty, become familiar with grains and hops, see how the equipment is used. Doors open at 6:30 with pizza and beers to taste

Malolactic fermentation is a secondary fermentation to convert the harsh malic acid to a softer lactic acid. Experience what "malo" does for a wine as Bill offers a taste of the same wine from two separate barrels - one with "malo" and one without. Doors open at 6:30 with pasta & sangria; class starts at 7.
