Chad takes you through the process of an extract beer kit while brewing a batch. Understand the chemistry, become familiar with grains & hops, see how the equipment is used. Doors open at 6:30 with pizza & beers to taste; class is from 7 til about 10.

Bill takes you through the process of making a kit wine. He'll start a kit, rack a previously made kit, you bottle a finished kit, cork it & take one home. Doors open at 6:30 with sangria & pasta; class is from 7 til about 10.
