LAGERS
American Light Lager. A clean, light, refreshing pale lager in the typical American style. This one has more flavor. Commercial examples are Coors Light, Sam Adams Light.
Classic Rauchbier. A smoked beer using cherry wood smoked malt. Rauch in German means smokey. Lager
Oktoberfest. A medium bodied, malty beer that can be lagered or fermented at ale temperatures using the California yeast.
World Class Pilsner. An extract with grains recipe which highlights the hops. Dry finish. Lager.
ALES
American Brown Ale - More robust than an English Brown Ale with a nice clean finish. This medium bodied ale has a reddish brown hue, sweet maltiness and slightly nutty finish.
Amercian Pale Ale - A moderate to high hop beer showing a citrusy American hop profile. The clean malt character supports the hop bitterness.
Blue-eyed Belgian Blonde - A moderate strength golden ale that has a subtle Belgian complexity, slighly sweer flavor and dry finish. Pair with ham, cheese and spicy foods. Serve in Tulip, Chalice or mug.
Teased Belgian Blonde - A Belgian Blonde teased with hints of chamomile, bitter orange peel and honey. Moderatley strong golden ale with sweet up front, flowery notes and dry finish.
Belgian Dubbel - Dark amber to copper in color, this medium to full bodied beer has a creamy white head. Malty sweet on the palate, yet finishes dry.
Belgian Trippel - This higher alcohol ale (7.5-9.5%!) has a mildy fruity aroma, long lasting creamy white head, low hop character and a dry finish.
Dave's Belgian Wit - A moderately sweet beer with hints of bitter orange peel and hints of coriander. A refreshing drink. Serve in a bulb top or classic weiss bier glass.
Belgian Saison - Slightly fruity with effervesence, this saison is thirst quenching. It requires a brewer's patience to finish out properly. Adapted from Tom Foley's Saison recipe.
Belgian Wheat - Pleasant sweetness, refreshingly crisp and tart finish. Low wheat flavor, easy drinking beer.
Blitzkreig Hop IPA - An American IPA with a smooth, medium light to medium-bodied mouth feel with intense hop aroma and flavor associated with American hops. Recipe courtesy of Outta Hand Brews (Joe and Matt)
Beauford's Goofball IPA featuring Sorachi Ace hops. - This American IPA features the lemon and grasslike hop profile of the Sorachi Ace hops from Japan. A balanced beer with dry hopping to intensify the hops. Recipe courtesy of Ralph Neafcy, local home brewer.
Cherry Wit - Cherry extract is added to give this wheat beer an added special character to the refresing drink.
Chocolate Raspberry Wit - A Wit beer with good head, caramel color and great body. Has wonderful notes of chocolate and raspberry. Pairs extremely well with chocolate cake, brownies or fudge. Great dessert beer.
Dave's IPA - (coming soon) Hop heads delight. Features four hops including Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra.
Dunkelweizen - A moderately dark, spicy, fuity, malty, refreshing wheat beer. Banana notes from the Weihenstephen yeast. Easy drinking session ale. Serve in a bulb top or classic weiss bier glass.
Iodocus Scottish Ale - Malt is the primary flavor with low hop aroma and light fruitiness.Deep amber to dark copper.
Irish Stout - A dark, roasty, nearly black stout with a medium body and dry finish.
Liquid Percocet II (A Strong Belgian) - This unique hand crafted strong Belgian style will make you warm all over. Created by Tom Foley, this ale has high ABV% (8-11%) and deep rich color that makes this a nice relaxer after a hard day.
Oatmeal Stout - A very dark, medium bodied, roasty, malty ale with the creamy compliment of the oats steeped with the specialty grains. Won second place in a local clone contest.
Pumpkin Ale (seasonal) - This rich, smooth pumpkin ale has a nice sweetness and light spice of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. This recipe's spices were dialed down to give the brewer the option to up the spice flavors they like. Goes excellent with turkey. Takes your time to finish out the sweetness from the honey and it gets better with age.

ALES
BB American Amber - Pale ale malt combined with medium caramel malt create a rich, copper color. Bitterness is balanced to match the malt character. Smooth clean finish with moderate carbonation level.
BB American Cream Ale - An ale version of the American lager style. Clean, light and simple to brew. Faint malt notes with a hint of corn-like presence. An easy drinker.
BB Imperial Pale Ale - This beer style has been perfected on the West Coast and Brwer's best is proud to create an extract version for the homebrewer. This beer is very big, very hoppy and somewhat arrogant. Use your homebrewing skills to make the most of this recipe!
BB English Brown Ale - This medium-bodied brew has a malty character surrounded by a nutty aroma. Crystal malts with a touch of chocolate malt create the brown color balanced by a subdued hop flavor.
BB English Pale Ale - A classic English style that yields medium-high bitterness above a foundation of caramel maltiness. Hop character is derived from heavy bittering addition. This is a well-balanced, drinkable Special Bitter.
BB Russian Imperial Stout - This full-bodied dark brew has an intense roast flavor with a huge malt influence. The hop bitterness is offset by a touch of sweetness from the big malt character. Give this beer some time to mature and consider using an oak alternative for added complexity
BB Imperial Nut Brown - A rich, complex high-gravity specialty ale. It's a full-bodied brew with plenty of hop character to balance this Imperial style Brown Ale. The slight caramel and chocolate flavors are followed by a nutty aftertaste
BB Weizenbier - A classic white ale brewed with wheat, barley, orange peel and coriander. It is lightly hopped.

Lagers
BB Vienna Lager- Munich, Vienna and caramel malts combine to provide a rich malt aroma. When lagered this beer will finish clean and dry with no fruity esters. Vienna Lager is moderately hopped.
